As vice president for Human Resources at the University of Florida, one of the top public universities in the nation, Jodi was responsible for human resources for more than 30,000 faculty and staff members and served on the UF President’s Cabinet until she retired in February 2022, with more than 30 years of human resources experience. Jodi holds a Master of Arts from UF and a bachelor’s degree from Berea College. She also is a Society of Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and a Certified Executive Coach.
